The Aquael Maxi Kani are canister filters fed by separate high-performance pumps. The large-capacity filter has a feeding pump that allows for placements inside or outside the tank. The easy to use filter is highly efficient at mechanical and biological filtration, and it works to effectively remove unwanted debris and toxic substances in the water. The design of the filters allows them to be used in shallow aqua-terrariums 10cm deep or more.
