As one of The Company of Animals’ brands, Halti is well-known for its proprietary no-pull headcollars, harnesses and training leashes for dogs. Back in 1979, Dr. Roger Mugford designed the first Halti Headcollar, which then expanded into an entire line of no-pull solutions for all dog breed sizes.

How the headcollar works
It comes with a comfortable fit over your dog’s mouth without significant constraints. The objective of the headcollar is to train your dog to walk beside you while following your pace. If your dog attempts to pull forward, the headcollar will cause his head to turn sideways, discouraging him from doing that without unnecessary force.

To allow your pet to become accustomed to this training tool, gradually introduce it to him and allow him to have positive associations by offering dog treats.
