1st Prize: Samsung Galaxy S24+

• The prize includes the Samsung Galaxy S24+ device only, and does not include any additional accessories or warranties beyond the manufacturer's standard offerings
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives
• The prize must be claimed in person at the designated redemption location specified by Pet Lovers Centre
• The winner may be required to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility to claim the prize

2nd Prize: 3 days 2 nights pet-friendly staycation for 2 guests at Conrad Singapore Orchard

• Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• Room is subject to availability upon reservation
• Not applicable on eve of Public Holiday, Public Holiday
• Blackout dates: 19-22 September 2024
• Not inclusive of pet cleaning fees
• A “pet” is defined as a domesticated dog or cat
• No more than 2 pets are permitted per guest room
• The maximum weight of a pet is limited to 75 lbs / 34 kg
• The pet must be enclosed in pet carriers or leash at all times in public areas
• No pets are permitted in food and beverage outlets, except Gourmet Mercatino, pet friendly alfresco terrace
• There will be a pet cleaning fee imposed per stay
• Waiver Form will be presented to guest at check in
• The voucher must be claimed in person at the designated redemption location specified by Pet Lovers Centre
• The winner may be required to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility to claim the voucher

3rd Prize: $300 Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari in store voucher

• Vouchers are in denominations of $10
• Each voucher valid for one-time use at Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari stores in Singapore
• Valid for products and grooming services
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash
• Any unutilised value of the voucher will be forfeited
• Damaged, defaced or copies of the voucher will not be accepted
• Voucher is not replaceable if damaged, lost or stolen
• No refunds will be accepted. Only exchange of product(s) of similar or lower value is accepted when the valid original receipt issued is presented
• Not valid for online orders, events, in-store purchases requiring home delivery, or purchase of pet tags, live animals or vet services
