1. The $5 Return Voucher is only eligible for customers who:
   • Sign up or renew for a VIP membership in-store and activate it online before 31 Mar 2024; or
   • Sign up or renew for a VIP membership online.
2. To receive the $5 Return Voucher, members must download VIP Concierge App and setup their personal digital VIP membership account.
3. The $5 Return Voucher will be stored under "Just For You" within "My Wallet" in the VIP Concierge App.
4. The $5 Return Voucher is only valid for one-time use at any Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari retail stores in Singapore.
5. The $5 Return Voucher is valid for use with a minimum purchase of $50 nett, after all discounts, in a single transaction.
6. The $5 Return Voucher will be valid for 30 days from date of issuance.

$5 Return Voucher T&Cs

1. Valid for one-time use at any Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari retail stores in Singapore.
2. Valid for use with a minimum purchase of $50 nett, after all discounts, in a single transaction.
3. Valid for selected products and grooming services.
4. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
5. Any unutilised value of the voucher will be forfeited.
6. No refunds will be accepted. Only exchange of product(s) of similar or lower value is accepted when the valid original receipt issued is presented.
7. Not valid for online orders, events, in-store purchases requiring home delivery, or purchase of pet tags, live animals or vet services.
