Dermcare Pyohex Medicated Shampoo is a topical antibacterial shampoo that aids in the treatment of superficial bacterial skin infections in dogs. It contains chlorhexidine gluconate, an active ingredient that has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity against most bacteria that are commonly found in cases of superficial bacterial dermatitis. It removes dirt and scale, and degreases the skin.

Usage Guidelines:
Wet the animal thoroughly with clean water. Apply to the animal at several points and massage into the coat. A sponge assists lathering and penetration of the coat. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and then rinse off with clean water. Repeat twice-weekly until symptoms abate, then weekly, or as directed by your veterinary surgeon. 10mL should be enough to treat a 10kg dog.


Shelf-life of 1 year. Store below 30C (Room temperature).
