- Remove the scratch foil on the back of the VIP Card.

How do I qualify for this VIP Card?
- New Membership will be charged at $3.80 with no minimum purchase required
- For ≥ $150 purchase, membership can be renewed at $2.80 yearly.(Accumulated receipts in 4 weeks from earliest purchase can be accepted)
Terms & conditions of VIP Card
- One loyalty point will be deducted from each SMS sent by VIP Card holder to Pet Lovers Centres internal server.
- VIP Card is valid for one calendar year from date of activation.
- VIP card must be presented and scanned during purchase.
- Not valid for promotional items. VIP Card is not transferable.
- The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any discount privileges as well as VIP Cards terms & conditions without prior notice.
- Registration of Pet Lovers VIP Card signifies the authorization by member to allow SMS broadcast to be sent to members mobile phone.
Lost, damaged and stolen VIP Card
- Report immediately to any of our retail outlets or contact our Customer Service Officer @ 1800-CARE4U2 (1800-2273482).
- A replacement fee of S$3.80 will be chargeable for all lost cards.
Q1. I have registered for a new VIP Membership Card and I am not an existing card member. What is the expiry date for my card?
Your card will expire 1 year from the date of registration.
Example: I have registered my card on 1 April 2012. My card will expire on 31 March 2013 at midnight.
Q2. Can I renew my card before it expires?
Yes, you can renew your VIP card 3 months before it expires.
Q3. What will be the expiry date for my new card if I renew before the old card expires?
The expiry date of your new card will be 1 year from the expiry date of your old card.
Example: My old card expires on 30 Apr 2012. I have renewed my new card on 1 Mar 2012. The expiry date for my new card will be 30 Apr 2013.
(* Renewal made within 3 months before the expiry date will have the loyalty points transferred and expiry date extended by one year upon SMS activation by customer)
Q4. What happen if I do not renew my VIP card after it has expired more than 3 months ago?
Your loyalty points in the VIP card will be invalid.
Q5. I have lost my card. What should I do?
You can replace the old card for a replacement fee of $3.80. You should activate the new card using the same mobile phone number you used to register your old card. The redemption points will be carried forward to your replacement card. The expiry date of your replacement card will be 1year upon the activation of your new card.
Example: My old card expires on 31 Aug 2012. I activated my replacement on 1 Feb 2012. The expiry date for my replacement card will be 1 Feb 2013.
Q6. What happens to my new membership card if I change my mobile phone number?
The entire membership system revolves around your mobile phone number. Therefore, if you change your mobile phone number, please inform us by calling our Customer Care 1800-CARE4U2 (1800-2273482).
