hi there, um i just wanted to ask about the course of Doctor of veterinary Medicine (DVM) here in Philippines. im planning in getting DVM but my problem is. if i finish the course in 4years then where i am going to work.. is it in company or what, ? then what major should i focusing, is it high payable and in-demand here Philippines...?,

The DVM course in the Philippines is usually a 6- year course excluding the board examination. Marketability of the job is fair enough and highly dependent on the person's determination and should possess three basic things namely: Knowldge, Ability and Skills. This can also be further enhanced by adding good Attitude.
In addition, Veterinary Medicine's specialization has a lot of choices from small animals medicine, exotic animal medicine, animal nutrition, parasitology, and epidemiology are just a few to mention and these can only be acquired on master's degree. Though, these are the major curriculum present in the Philippines, other countries have definitely different types of curriculum but one thing is common which is on animal medicine and care.
