What is that on my hamster? Is it a tumor?
My hamster is eating and drinking well. She is playing and running around her tank. But...

Hi Min93,

It is suggestive sign of inflammation. Redness, swelling, pain and hot to touch are the cardinal signs of inflammation. Once you observed these, refer immediately to your veterinarian for appropriate treatment.  Inflammation can be an initial sign of infection and antimicrobials may be administered.
