Warranty of Goods/Services
All our goods/service will serve their intended functions.
Terms of Warranty
All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the distributor/manufacturer has provided none. Shrinkage -/+ 10% of the T-shirt after wash.
Pricing
All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless stated otherwise. PLC VIP Card members are entitled to 5% discount and 15% on birthday month.
Delivery Service
Price of T-shirt is inclusive of delivery charges within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Online Orders Payment Processing
We accept VISA or MasterCard payments during confirmation of orders between our customer service officer and online customer.
Confirmation of Orders
All online orders will be processed by our customer service officers by the next working day. No online order is confirmed until our customer service officers have personally confirmed it when they contact the customer.
Cancellation of Orders
Our customer service officer will contact you the next working day after the online purchase is submitted. Once the payment transaction is confirmed, no cancellation is allowed.
Exchange and Refunds
No exchange policy except for manufacturing defects on the T-shirt.
