Hi Ace,
We suggest a step by step thorough washing of your hamster's cage. Thorough cleaning can be done by removing first your hamster and put them on a separate container. Washing your hamster's cage with soap and water followed by the use of disinfectants intended for small animals should be done. All debris, used beddings, including water bottle, food dish should be washed and disinfected properly.
