• Earn loyalty points for grooming*, retail and home delivery purchases (one point for every dollar spent).

VIP Card activation

• Remove the scratch foil on the back of the VIP Card.
• SMS the revealed password to mobile number printed on card - 9117 9609.
• A confirmation SMS will be sent back to you.
• Registration of Pet Lovers VIP Card signifies the authorization by member to allow SMS broadcast to be sent to member’s mobile phone.

How do I qualify for this VIP Card?

• FREE Membership for purchase above S$100 in a single receipt.
• Minimum purchase of S$50 in a single or accumulated receipts in 4 weeks from earliest purchase (S$5 application fee apply for 1st year membership).
• Subsequent yearly membership renewal fee at S$2.

Terms & conditions of VIP Card

• One loyalty point will be deducted from each SMS sent by VIP Card holder to Pet Lovers Centre's internal server.
• VIP Card is valid for one calendar year from date of activation.
• VIP card must be presented and scanned during purchase.
• Not valid for promotional items. VIP Card is not transferable.
• The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any discount privileges as well as VIP Card’s terms & conditions without prior notice.

Lost, damaged and stolen VIP Card

• Report immediately to any of our retail outlets or contact our Customer Service Officer @ 1800-CARE4U2 (1800-227-3482).
• A replacement fee of S$2 will be chargeable for all lost cards.
